Our Mission
Here at Know, we are all about the freedom of information.
By bridging the gap between youth culture and careers guidance, we aim to increase knowledge of career pathways, opportunities and skills for over 5000 young people from under-resourced communities by 2026.
Raising their career aspirations and giving them a brighter future, through the power of storytelling.

With the skills gap widening, we are developing new resources inspired by storytelling to provide your students with a progressive, engaging & relatable English Literature and careers curriculum Age 12+

Tackling issues from recruitment to retention, we support leaders and their teams to ensure they are fully equipped with the skills and knowledge to give young people the best start in the workplace.
Students
Degrees and qualifications are no longer enough. We partner with the littest brands and agencies to offer short work placements to help get your foot through the door. Age 16+

Meet our founder, Leonia (She/Her).
Born in Barking, raised in Newham - she is a woman whose passion for empowering others has shaped her own unique path in the business of making people feel good.
Her mission is to support businesses in reevaluating their approach to engaging with the next generation of talent, forging a more inclusive and innovative future for employers and employees alike.
